Planned Preventative Maintenance Contracts

Planned or preventive maintenance is the process of providing regular checks and minor repairs to equipment rather than waiting until equipment fails to make reactive repairs.

Planned Preventative Maintenance Visits (PPMs) are an important part of asset management to prevent the general wear and tear which makes equipment inefficient and costly over time.  The objective of a successful PPM program is to proactively improve the performance, running costs and safety of the equipment.

The planned maintenance of assets will also help to improve equipment lifespan and avoid the expense of any unplanned repair activity.  From our years of experience in the business, we believe that when a PPM program is professionally managed, the benefits will far outweigh the costs.
