La Galleria, Shoreham

Project

Refit achieves not only a better sized kitchen but also an improved ambience, atmosphere and dining experience

La Galleria Restaurant in Shoreham opened in November 1999.

It is a family run business which prides itself on friendly service and freshly prepared dishes, with an extensive authentic Italian menu.

The team recently decided that the restaurant had done very well for 20 years and wanted to prepare it for the next 20 – so they contacted the Sprint team fo help.  The main areas highlighted for improvement were a better sized kitchen and an improved ambience, atmosphere and experience in the dining area. All of which have been achieved: the large arch windows were specially imported and were a key compenent to the success of the refit.

La Galleria closed on 28th January 2020 hoping to close for six weeks but the project was caught in the pandemic and finally reopened on 27th July. So far the customer feedback has been excellent.
