The first Bagel Factory opened in Endell Street, London in 1997.
Now, all these years later they have over 60 sites across UK and Ireland. Their friendly team serves super-fresh bagels, tasty snacks, chilled drinks, and bean to cup coffees – all in all, a healthier alternative for on-the-go snacks and meals.
Having acquired this site in the Arndale Centre, Bagel Factory wanted to improve the flow and design of the counter. Sprint Group UK worked with Paul Sharp, Head of Operations and the team in Manchester to carry out the works overnight after the store closed at 6pm, ready for reopening the next day at 10am. The project was successful, with great results improving the ambient design, dessert display, bagel presentation area and coffee counter.
