What a project for Sprint Group UK to be involved in. Burger King UK Leicester Square restaurant is one of the most photographed Burger King restaurants in the world. It’s recently been in the news having reopened on 14th March as Burger King’s first entirely vegan restaurant. The plant-based concept will be the only food offer available at this site until 10th April when it returns to the normal food / drink offer.
Sprint were tasked with designing a new bespoke kitchen based around the latest ‘Dynamic Service System’ format. This open format concept allows customers full view into the kitchen and required the project team to overcome many structural challenges in BK’s flagship venue in the UK.
