Another Slim Chickens UK complete!
The popular US chicken chain opened its second restaurant in Manchester, located in the heart of the Arndale shopping centre at the end of February. Sprint Group UK were chosen to install and commission the ground floor and upstairs kitchens. The site can seat more than 100 diners with click-and-collect and home delivery options for those that don’t want to make the trip to the shopping hub. It was so busy on opening – it recorded a record number of visitors for a Slim Chickens outlet. The business has created around 60 new jobs for the local economy.
