Trecco Bay Holiday Park in Porthcawl, Mid Glamorgan is the first of their seven ‘Parks of the Future’ to open a brand-new Burger King site. As part of a £3.6m makeover, the restaurant is located in an indoor complex with its own dining area and surrounded by various activity areas.
Sprint Group UK were challenged to design and install the latest Burger King open format kitchen into a building not originally designed to accommodate this format. Central to this brief, was ‘future-proofing’ the kitchen so that additional equipment could be added at a later date. Close collaboration between the Sprint and Burger King project teams allowed this installation to be turned around in a very tight timeframe.
