Sprint Group recently completed a kitchen renovation project for the Street Café in St Albans, enhancing its ability to offer an expanded menu and improve its overall operations. The project involved a close collaboration between Sprint’s Sales Director, Ian Bryant, and café owner, Rita Keenan, to ensure that the kitchen design aligned with the café’s evolving needs.
The updated kitchen allows the café to maintain its daytime service, including breakfast, lunch, and all-day coffee and pastries, while introducing a new evening offering as a tapas bar. This addition gives customers the opportunity to enjoy a variety of small plates alongside wine and cocktails in a lively evening atmosphere.
Ian Bryant commented on the project, stating: “We worked closely with Rita to design a kitchen that would support their new, diverse menu and improve efficiency.”
Project oversight was managed by Des Proctor, who ensured smooth coordination of the construction and design phases.
