Sprint Group were very happy to support the Group with a recent kitchen installation at The Trafford Centre in Manchester. The former Carluccio’s site has been transformed to bring a touch of Southern cuisine, hospitality and music to the heart of Trafford. The project was recently completed and our team worked alongside Interiors UK Ltd and Harrison to ensure it camein ontime and in budget.
The finished restaurant will seat around 135 covers and is the first Slim Chickens to have a dedicated bar.
