Sprint delivered and installed 2-new cooklines to replace the existing aged equipment, complete with bespoke base units to provide additional storage space, and a new combi oven, to update both the main kitchen and the pastry kitchen.
Inspired by our love of all things local, our talented 2 rosette kitchen team serve an ever-changing menu that’s shaped by the seasons. Our hotel is home to the racing-themed Jockey Bar with its open fire, adjoining terrace overlooking the village green and contemporary conservatory Tattersalls Brasserie. And for afternoon tea, there’s nowhere better.
